We were a group of 13 (8 adults and 5 kids). We rent out the full apartment. The rooms are great. Every room has a private bathroom. The kitchen is basic, but functional. The apartment is quite and convenient (close to the train station). Roland and his staff are great and they helped us with everything we needed.

We rented the entire apartment, all six rooms. We felt that the space accommodate our family perfectly. All of the rooms where spacious and the bathrooms convenient. We loved the common space and the kitchen. We made good use of the many coffee makers as well. This place felt like home by the time we left. We highly recommend it.

Our stay here was okay. The rooms were spacious, with practical kitchen and a big table in the dining room. Each bedroom has its own key, the building is quiet and has a small elevator but the steps weren't a bad walk up either. The location was close to the ROMA TERMINI station and had a convenience store on the corner but other than that not much activity going on around there, quiet area. The communication was good from Martyna, and she tried her best to get issues resolved as soon as possible. We did however deal with issues with most of the bathrooms in each room. Lack of water pressure caused issues for toilet flushing, and clogged shower drain lead to flooding of bathroom floor and room carpet. And an issue with one of the A/C units lead to uncomfortably hot and sweaty nights although it was finally was resolved the last night. I would consider to stay there again perhaps if I was just stopping by for a night or two and need a place to rest and just needed one room(incase need to move to another room), I would definitely not rent it out entirely again for a bigger group especially with elders.

Very good to stay as large party to have separate rooms, but all together in one apartment. Location, location, location. Central to hit the sites in all directions. Owner and team are very accommodating and very personable. Party of 11 and really enjoyed our stay.
